What type of franchise is available?

A.    We franchise the right to operate either a Kid’s Community College®  Pre-School (“Pre-School”) or a Kid’s Community College® Charter School (“Charter School”) or both.  The Pre-School franchise typically requires a facility of 4,000 to 5,000 square feet and a floor plan design that includes a secure reception area, office, meeting area, classrooms, teacher’s break room, kitchen and appropriate washrooms for students and teachers, along with secured age-specific play areas.  The Charter School franchise facility requires about 5,000 square feet to start and may require additional space depending on the number of students and grades served.

How much is the fee for continuing support services?
