In 2002, I decided to leave a lucrative Executive VP position to embark upon a more meaningful pursuit in life, although I was not sure what that pursuit would be. My only certainty was that whatever it was, it would have to be more personally and professionally fulfilling well beyond the amount of money I could earn. More importantly, whatever I chose to do would have to positively impact more lives than my own.

I was led to develop the KID'S COMMUNITY COLLEGE® concept by necessity and faith. My dream of entrepreneurship and desire to have a positive impact on the lives of others is now more fulfilling and rewarding than I could have ever imagined. What started as a plan to develop an individually-focused early collegiate institution of higher learning for 70 early learners in a single 3,600sf facility in Riverview, FL has grown into a successful, nationally accredited, multi-campus early educational conglomerate. We now employ nearly 75 associates and serve well over 350 student families - and we're still growing!

There remains a strong sense of pride and servitude in the growth of our company. Our unique ‘ONE VISION. ONE MISSION. ONE TEAM.’ service approach to our customers and franchisees, along with a host of diverse and talented associates, makes an impact on the quality of work life for every franchise owner and the quality of life of each of the student families they serve.
