Prior to approving a site for a KID'S COMMUNITY COLLEGE® Franchise, we will provide you with clear guidelines for a suitable location. We require franchisees to follow these instructions to ensure that an appropriate site is located. You are provided a floorplan to be used as a guide and a RFP template to be provided to landlords and contractors.

Our initial site selection review provides:

As a complement to our initial site selection review, we offer the optional Site Acquisition and Design Assistance services below:

  • Creating a floor plan design specifically for your approved facility and also for working with your architect and local agencies to ensure that the blueprints for renovating the facility will meet with local agency and licensing requirements
  • Negotiating the lease for the facility for the franchised school
